Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Dolphin account and associated app data by emailing support@paloai.co from the email address on your Dolphin account with the subject "Delete my Dolphin account".
If you are signed in to Dolphin, you can also open Settings and use the account deletion option when available. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before completing a deletion request.
Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of specific Dolphin data without deleting your whole account, email support@paloai.co and describe the data you want deleted.
When a deletion request is completed, Dolphin deletes or de-identifies account and app data that is no longer needed to provide the service, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, or payment records.
